Service Request Form

Fill out the form to get on the wait-list for a repair and we will do our best to reply the same business day.

We do not schedule appointments so keys must be hidden on boat, in a lockbox or with the Marina Office.

 

While we try our best to reply to service request forms within the same business day, our work takes us out of the office 99% percent of the time. If we do not reply within 24 hours, please give us a call at 310-465-5675 and we will make sure to prioritize response to your request.

IMPORTANT: Our scheduling is coordinated on a "first-come" basis which we routinely refer to as our "wait-list." There are many factors that affect project timelines, including but not limited to, weather, part delivery, unforeseen difficulties in repair process, etc. We are a fully transparent operation and deliver open communication throughout the entire process.
